And just like that, Zoe and Logan’s day has come and gone! I’ve been looking forward to this day since we took their engagement photos (if you missed out on that post, you can check them out here). They spent their day at the American Hotel in Staunton surrounded by friends + family that love them dearly.
Oh boy, am I excited to show you Ariel and Evan’s engagement session or WHAT?! These two were the epitome of perfect couple. Just from spending a few hours with them I could tell that that the love they hold for each other is far from anything I’ve seen before. I love that they’re high-school sweethearts because it makes them that much cuter (can someone say “fairytale”?) Their love for each other, their occupations, and God speaks volumes just by their actions. Truly, one of the most respectable couples I’ve come across (and being a wedding photographer, I come across many)
If their engagement session is any indication of what their December wedding will be like, then I will be counting down the days. I had so much fun with these two and commend them for laughing at my lame jokes while walking around to each location.
The entire time I was looking over their engagement photos I was literally going…
Ariel and Evan,
Thank you for making my Wednesday so much greater! It’s couples like you that make this the best job in the world. Thank you for walking long distances (WHILE IN HEELS), talking to strangers, and briskly running away from skunks with me (“yeah that’s a skunk so I’m gonna go left…”). I hope you enjoy some of my favorites from your engagement session — hopefully I’ll see you at least some time before December! 🙂
