Meeting Helen and Brian for their sunrise engagement session on the DC National Mall was nothing less than breathtaking.
It was a BEAUTIFUL morning (clearly pictured) and, while there were the normal crowds of tourists and local runners, it truly felt like we had the entire national mall to ourselves!
Funny story – this image was FILLED with people, orange cones, construction tape, and everything in-between. I tested out the new Adobe Photoshop AI editing and it took the mess completely OUT. I was absolutely ~stunned~ and am so excited for the difference this is going to make in my sessions, specifically at busy tourist attractions like the National Mall!
We first met at the Lincoln Memorial and then made our way to the Jefferson. While both were stunning in the morning light, I think the Lincoln will always have my heart! It was one of the first places I ever photographed in DC and will forever be a favorite space to photography an engagement session.
I mean COME. ON. Nothing beats a completely clear morning sunrise engagement session on the national mall. Especially when you’re with a couple as great as H+B!
