It’s not every day that I wake up at 4 AM to drive to D.C. and capture wonderful couples at sunrise, but after Kelsey and Kevin’s engagement session this morning I kind of WISH it was every day. Their kind souls and ease of laughter made it feel like I was photographing friends and not people I had met in person 10 minutes earlier. I LOVE it when couples lean into their personalities during sessions, and I think Kevin and Kelsey’s relationship seems to be full of laughter (as you can tell from below 😉 )

These two are getting married in May 2022 in the Shen Valley!! I cannot wait to capture them at Faithbrooke Barn and Vineyards.
