Ariel and Evan’s Luray, VA Wedding at Faithbrooke Vineyards was the PERFECT end to my 2018 wedding season! I had an amazing time celebrating with their friends and family all day. It doesn’t seem like too long ago we took their engagement photos (but it was all the way back in July)! If you missed their engagement session, you can check it out here!

Their beautiful December wedding had a surprising temperature of 50 degrees and gorgeous weather — essentially the perfect weather for the perfect couple. The area around Faithbrooke was absolutely enchanting, and I can’t wait to return there for future weddings!

Before their ceremony, Evan and Ariel had written letters to each other. As they read them behind a door, I couldn’t help but think of how excited they must be to get married after spending 6 years together through some of life’s big changes; high school, college, and finding adult jobs. These two are just meant to be together and I am honored to have been the one that captures their love story.

Apart from walking into their reception with “The Office” theme song and having the best bubble exit, their night was complete with their amazing wedding party and parents that helped make this day possible. I heard one of the greatest best-man speeches, a tearful maid of honor speech, and witnessed parent dances that made my heart melt. The DJ (Jean Mathurine) kept the party going all night long and had (almost) everyone up and on their feet! Honestly I believe all guests (including myself) had an amazing time.

Thank you so much for asking me to capture one of the most important days of your lives. I am honestly blown away by how amazing of a couple you are and am sure that God has so many things planned for your marriage as a couple. I couldn’t be more grateful for your parents, vendors, bridal party, and guests, for making 2018 wedding season the one to beat! I am overjoyed from your wedding and cannot wait to show you your finished gallery, but until then, enjoy some of my favorites for your sneak peek! 🙂
