Getting to go back home for the weekend was such a fun and restful time — I got to spend Saturday at my sister’s bridal shower AND got to hang out with Chelsea and Jusdan early Sunday morning. Thank the good Lord for sunshine today (it was legit the 3rd or 4th time we’ve had to reschedule their session because of rain).

It is such an honor to photograph these two during both their engagement session and SOON-TO-BE WEDDING DAY in September! I do love visiting my hometown once in a while, but visiting to photograph weddings makes it that much better 🙂

A note to the couple:

Chelsea and Jusdan, thank you so much for hanging out with me early this morning and being such great troopers about early mornings, wet grass, and the occasional weird poses 😛 I hope you enjoy your sneak peek and cannot wait to send you your final gallery so soon! 🙂
