If all Monday’s consisted of wine + laughter with these two, maybe people wouldn’t dread Monday’s so much ??‍♀️ When we first arrived at Bluestone Vineyard, we were terrified it was going to storm the entire time, accepted that it may thunderstorm, bought a bottle of wine (and cracked it open of course), and then realized the sky was opening up and it became sunny. While we did manage to dodge a few raindrops on and off during the session, Darian and Brendan were such troopers through it all.

I had the best time capturing some engagement photos for Darian and Brendan. Although they were supposed to get married this year, COVID had different plans – but that is SO okay (or as Brendan says, “it’s fine”) because they’re still tying the knot later in 2021. I was so happy when Darian reached out to book a session in light of a change of plans. Also, props to Darian who MADE her “Wife of the Party” jacket. Adorable. Cannot get over it. Will indeed be purchasing one from her for a future wedding.
